sports and exercises are very important for health and body, because the more you exercise better it will be your health, you will have fewer illnesses and your growth will do much better.
Also helps maintain a good shape and not obese. apart from all that keeps us entertained, healthy and distracted from the common problems of adolescents, such as vices, drugs, alcohol, crime, and helps us to de-stress and distraction from studies. thanks to exercise and sports, the world is a world every day more healthy and less crime
